Product Description

A premium quality, long lasting, very tough ground cover fabric made from woven polypropylene.  Widely used in the horticultural trade in glasshouses and for standing out areas, this fabric is also very suitable for many landscaping schemes.  Whilst a very strong construction, this membrane allows moisture to pass through it and slightly increases soil temperatures to promote plant growth, but suppresses weeds by blocking out the light.  As well as resisting weed growth, this product can be used to separate aggregates and stone from soil layers under paths, patios and driveways.  This fabric will fray when cut - for a non fray fabric see Landscape Fabric.  To secure fabric to the ground see our range of fixing pegs.
